Recently diagnosed with a vestibular condition (chronic illness of my inner ear affecting balance) and the Dr. "strongly suggested" I get off 2 wheels, so I called david Z, whom sold me my last scoot and he helped me thruought the process of trading in for a FLRT... Great guy, knowledgeable and willing to work w you to get what you want. after a short day doing the paperwork, figuring out which scoot I wanted, etc. everyone was happy, especially this guy.. great dealership and will gladly repeat this place until im dead and in the ground.. overall great place to go to!

I've never had an experience at a dealership like Old Fort Harley Davidson. I wasn't rushed into buying anything that I didn't want,unlike some dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. This is my 3rd HD motorcycle purchase, the other two had been at my "local" dealership. Recently, I visited the local dealer to see what kind of deal they could do to get me into a new Road Glide Ultra. Long story short, I considered what they brought to the table as an insult, especially considering it would have been the third bike I've purchased there in 5 years. As a result, I immediately left and began researching other options.

I called the next day about a used bike that Old Fort had in inventory and Stephen, my sales guy, mentioned that he might be able to get me into a new Road Glide Ultra. Provided what the other dealership told me about what they would do, I was skeptical at best. Within a few hours, Stephen and Zach had a deal worked out that met every requirement I gave them. I was astonished!

When I went the next day to do the deal, everyone at Old Fort couldn't have been better. Every part of the experience was tremendous. The financing was exactly as I was told. The walk through by Mike, the service manager, was the best I've ever had. Mike was so good that the gentleman that was watching the walk thru mentioned he'd purchased multiple Harley's from multiple dealers and had never had a walk thru like what Mike did for me.

Old Fort HD has my business for good. This is the best dealership experience I've ever had.

I just would like to commend you on the quality and expertise of your employees. We bought 2 motorcycles from you last year and I dreaded the 2 hour drive for service work etc. In the past year and especially the last 3 weeks your staff has gone beyond expected to help me. Your motorclothes staff has helped with repairs on chaps etc. Chance has helped get the bike in and get it back efficiently. I visited your dealership on December 3, 2015 to buy a small gift from the clothing department. On a whim I poked my head into the office of your salesman Gabriel to ask him a question. Gabriel ended up selling me a Sportster. On my way out the door I expressed regret I had not chosen a Dyna instead. Luckily, finance was able to back out my deal on the Sportster and on to the Dyna. Gabriel spent quite a bit of time with me making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. This was the first time a salesman has made sure I left satisfied and comfortable with both my buying experience and my bike. I have owned for Harleys. I am not one to give praise lightly. It had been 40 years since my last bike. I was ready to ride again and wanted a New Harley. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted and walked into Old Fort one day to see if a deal could be made. This turned out to be both a very pleasant purchase and overall experience. I cannot brag or speak highly enough about Old Fort Harley-Davidson. I had been trying to work out a deal with a dealership in Tulsa where I had bought my last Harley from in 2013. They gave me one run around after another for a solid two weeks. On a whim I decided to give them one more chance. This was the day that I was graced by the Good Lord through a friend who told me to contact Gabe at Old Fort. My friend swore to me that I would not regret it and that I would be unbelievably happy that I did. My friend was absolutely right! I called Gabe and I explained that I was looking to trade my 2013 Road King and buy a 2015 Road Glide Special. While on the phone Gabe answered every question that I had including the price numbers on the trade and the new bike - something that a lot of dealers will not do by phone. I explained to Gabe that, due to the two weeks of being jerked around by the Tulsa dealer, I was very skeptical of what sounded to be a great deal. Gabe reassured me that he was a man of his word and that I had nothing to worry about. He was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!I rode to Fort Smith that morning and met with Gabe. This began what is practically an indescribably amazing sales experience that took place that day. Not only did their pricing beat the Tulsa dealer like a drum, but every single member of the Old Fort family treated us like just that - family. I spent a little longer than planned at Old Fort that day due to some communication errors on my banks part, but this gave me time to meet and do business with each part of the dealership - sales, parts, service, and motor clothes.With each part of the purchase process that day, I found a new reason to smile and another reason to brag about Old Fort Harley-Davidson. It has now been three weeks since my wife and I rode out of Fort Smith that day on our brand new 2015 FLTRXS Road Glide Special and a new life-long committed relationship with the Old Fort Harley-Davidson family. Since that day, I have had numerous phone conversations with parts and service and even returned a week ago for my 1,000 mile service. Each time, everyone has gone above, beyond, and well out of their way to take care of me and help with every question and request that I have had. Every visit and every conversation has left me with nothing but more positive things to say and more reasons to refer friends and family to Old Fort. I do not feel like a customer or just another sale - I truly feel like I am a member of the Old Fort Harley-Davidson FAMILY and the word 'family' is not a word I use lightly.
